Brief report of regular activities during 2015-16
- On 4th July 2016 a S Swatcha Bharath program was organized by NSS Volunteers and cleaned the entire campus and volunteers took an oath to maintain the campus very clean. Total 50 volunteers participated.
- On 12th August, 2016 celebrated International Youth Day, on that focus was made on taking oath and a Motivational Class was arranged, Total 75 volunteers participated.
- On 20th August, 2016 an industrial tour was organized to all volunteers to visit local NFCS, PORT, BEACH etc. All volunteers participated in this programme. Total 82 volunteers participated.
- On 15th September, 2016, arranged class on ANTI-RAGGING with ASP of Kakinada City, Mr. Damodhar addressed the students. Total 95 volunteers participated.
- On 24th September, NSS Day celebrations were conducted in our college premises total 100 volunteers participated in this event.Prizes were distributed to encourage volunteers.
- On 29th September, 2016 organized a 2K Walk as part of World Hear Day, in association with Apollo Hospitals. This programme was organized as outreach program and communal reach programme.Total 56 volunteers participated.
- On 9th November our college Founder Sri. Pithapur Rajah’s Birthday was celebrated.Our college principal ignited students and volunteers. Total 74 volunteers participated.
- On 19th November“DOMALAPIE DANDAYATHRA” Programme was organized and total 100 volunteers’ participated and they were conducted Ralley, CM Sri. Nara Chandhra Babu Naidu Attended the programme at Anand Bharathi Groud.
- On December 1st, 2016 AIDS – AWARENESS CAMP was organized in the college campus along with a ralley, and Pledge from all volunteers. Total 90 students attended.
- On 6th December, an AWARENESS CAMP ON “DEMONITISATION & CASH LESS TRASACTIONS” was ladged and volunteers visited all business houses, shops and created awareness among them.
- On 10-12-2016 organized a BLOOD DONACTION camp in the college premises in association with Indian Red Cross Society, total 31 samples collected from volunteers.total 48 volunteers participated.
- On 20th December 2016, an awareness programme on DISASTER MANAGEMENT was organized by District Fire Officer Mr. Udhay Bhaskar. Total 48 volunteers got training on fire management.
- On 22nd December, 2016 we organized a mega EYE CAMP at Adopted village, Ganganapalle in association with Sri Kiran Eye Hospitals, Kakinada. Total 47 volunteers attended for the programme.
- On 4th January, 2017 in association with Enadu, ETV we organized a programme onn DEMONITIZATION, Mr. Srinivasa Rao, of IOB ignited students on Buddy’s
- On 10th January, 2017 as part of JANMABHOOMI MAVOORU programme we organized a programme in adopted village, on ODF- Open Defication Free, and suggested tobuilt personal toilets.
- On 25th January, 2017 Voters Day celebrations and Rally was conducted, District Collector attended for the meeting and distributed voter ID cards to newly registered voters.
- On 8th March, 2016 we celebrated in the college LCD HALL international Women’s Day celebrations all women volunteers were participated in chairs & Music games, Rangoli and other women related games. Total 46 volunteers participated.
