INTERNATIONAL PLASTIC BAG FREE DAY

The departments of Physics & Electronics along with NSS unit-III celebrated INTERNATIONAL PLASTIC BAG FREE DAY on 3rd July 2022,under the presidentship of Principal, Dr.B.V.Tirupanyam.

The department had organised a rally which aims to raise awareness about the effects that are caused by using plastc bags.

The students were divided into several groups and went to different regions of KAKINADA& near by villages and collected single use plastic bags.

On the eve of plastic bag free day,the Principal,Dr.B.V.Tirupanyam had explained the harmful effects of usage of plastic and took the pledge along with studentsand banned the usage of plastic in the college premises.

The NSS,NCC coordinators took an active part in this program.
