GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM:

Committees will be constituted at the Department/ College levels to look into complaints regarding Continuous Evaluation (CE). Department Level Committee (DLC) will consist of the HOD, the teacher concerned and Department Coordinator. College Level Committee (CLC) will consist of the Principal, HOD concerned and College Coordinator. Department Level Committee will be presided over by the HOD, College Level Committee by the Principal.
Department Level Committee will have initial jurisdiction over complaints against Continuous Evaluation. College Level Committee will hear appeals against Department level decisions. Complaints will have to be submitted to the Department concerned within two weeks of publication of results of Continuous Evaluation (CE) and disposed of within two weeks of receipt of complaint.
Appeals to College Level Committee should be made within two weeks of the decisions taken by Department Level Committee and disposed of within two weeks of the receipt of the complaint. Appeals to College Level Committee should be made within one month of the decisions taken by College Level Committee and disposed of within two months of the receipt of the complaint.
